Self propelled mixer feeder wagon. Trioliet proudly presents the first self propelled and self-loading mixer feeder wagon
Compared to competitive self-propelled and self-loading mixer feeder wagons the Key advantages of the Trioliet self-propelled mixer feeder wagon are:
Low horsepower requirement
Smooth efficient operation
Smooth Trioliet cutting-loading system.
Optimum preservation of feed structure – effective NDF
Optimum preservation of the clamp face – less spoilage
Excellent loading capacity makes for fast loading:
o Hay crop silages up to 1,400 kg
o Round and large square bales
o Maze up to 3,000 kg
High accurancy loading.
Fast loading
Internationally renowned Trioliet quality feed mix
Consistent smooth feeding
Ease of feeder movement around the farmyard
Operator friendly joystick control
The loading system features a cutting-frame with integrated transport-roller which transports the loose feed onto the belt conveyor. This belt conveyor then transports the feed rapidly into the mixing chamber.
Once the pre-programmed weight for that ingredient is reached, the cutting stops immediately, leaving the face of silage smooth and clean. The Trioliet self-propelled mixer feeder wagon is able to load any feed product, including grains and even square and round bales, in a very fast and accurate way.
The machine is equipped with two vertical mixing augers with the integrated Trioliet horizontal flow system for quality ingredient distribution within the tub. A cross conveyor belt in front of the mixing chamber distributes the feed evenly to the left or to the right.
The hydrostat drive contains a switch-over box for working speed (12-13 km/h) and road speed (0-40 km/h). Both the hydraulic forced front axle as the hydrostat driven rear axle do have integral springs and hydraulic brakes. Double forced axles can be delivered as an option. The electronic weighing system is also available with feed management system “Diet Manager”.
