After the successful introduction of the Smartrac G and Smartrac T, Trioliet now introduces the Smartrac TS. This variation of the Smartrac T consists of a loading system with stationary knives. The Smartrac TS is available in 10m³ or 12m³ capacity volumes.
As the only self-propelled mixer feeder on the market which can be equipped with a feed-push unit, the Smartrac proves to be a multifunctional help on the farm, i.e. one machine for loading, mixing, discharging and pushing feed. The engine, drive line, auger drive and loading system are matched perfectly to create an efficient feeding solution.

Loading
The 2.2m wide loading system cuts out 2.6m³ of silage at once and transports it in a few seconds from above into the mixing chamber. After loading, a clean and tight silage face is left behind. The Smartrac is able to load any feed, even square and round bales can be loaded and processed in a fast, efficient and accurate way. The rotating operator seat and a wide window in front of the mixing tub result in an optimum view of the loading process.
Mixing
The Smartrac is equipped with the proven Twin Stream vertical mixing auger with Trioform auger knives. Thanks to the unique loading system the mixing chamber is designed for a complete 100% homogeneous mix. The mechanically driven vertical auger can be electro-hydraulically activated by the push of a button. There are two auger speeds for a low power requirement and efficient mixing combined with a fast clean-out speed during discharging.
Discharge
The front cross conveyor belt discharges the feed evenly to the left or to the right side. The conveyor belt is mounted in front of the mixer for an optimum view on the discharge process. Variable belt speed regulation is available for accurate feeding into all kinds of feed alleys.
Drive
The Smartrac is equipped with a mechanical drive line consisting of a manual gearbox with a two speed powershift. Easy shifting between forward and reverse is achieved by an electro-hydraulic reverse unit, operated through a small lever directly beneath the steering wheel. The maximum speed is 25 km/h with a hydraulic braking system on all wheels.
