"We bought the mixer feeder without even seeing it"

French dairy farmers extremely satisfied with the new Solomix 2 VLL-B New Edition

Dairy farmers Suck and Radocevic, from the Moselle area (departement 57) in north-east France, have been feeding their herds since the beginning of 2016 with a Trioliet Solomix 2 2400 VLL-B New Edition. The two farmers, who share the machine, are among the first in Europe to own the new model. Since 2009 they had been working very happily with a Solomix 2 1800 VL, but they had outgrown it. "We bought the Solomix 2 2400 VLL-B without even seeing it. We were so pleased with the Solomix 2 1800 VL that it was an easy decision to buy from Trioliet again.”

The unique shape of the mixing tub provides a very rapid and homogeneous mix, even for dry rations. The mixing tub is designed so that it mixes the feed both horizontally and vertically, the 'Dual Flow Principle'. "We can easily load up 5 or 6 round hay bales, without any risk of feed overflowing. The new distribution unit with a width of a whole 100 cm provides a very high discharge capacity. The machine is also very manoeuvrable thanks to the single axle being located well towards the front. With this Solomix 2 2400 VLL-B New Edition, Trioliet has launched a machine with serious capacity onto the market, and it's a pleasure to work with," say Mr Suck and Mr Radocevic. The Solomix 2 2400 VLL-B New Edition was supplied by Niess, the dealer in Hoffen who is also responsible for the supply of spare parts for Trioliet machines throughout France.
