Trioliet will be introducing the new Triomix 2 New Edition self-loading feed mixers at Eurotier 2024 . The Triomix feed mixers are specially designed to make the cow feeding process even more efficient, energy-efficient and cost-effective. This new generation builds on the strengths of the current Triomix range, with a number of significant improvements tailored to the changing needs of modern livestock farmers.
When using the Triomix self-loading feed mixer, no loading vehicle is required, saving time and diesel. With the sophisticated cut-loading technology combined with the optimised mixing bowl shape and smooth dosing, these Trioliet machines ensure an optimal feeding process. The silage is cut down to the bottom, leaving a smooth cutting surface and dense silage wall, and no scalding occurs in the silage.

The Triomix 2 New Edition is available as 1400, 1800 and 2200 with 14, 18 and 22 m³ capacity respectively. The compact 1400 NE is particularly suitable for narrow and low barns while the larger types meet the demand for more capacity.

High loading capacity and accuracy: The four-metre cutting height and fully enclosed loading frame prevent spillage. The wide cross discharge conveyor (1 metre) with enlarged metering door ensures fast and even dosing, even with dry rations.
Energy-efficient technology: The Load Sensing control enables faster loading cycles, which saves fuel.
Safety and control: The machine is equipped with a rear view camera as standard, and an optional camera in the loading system improves visibility during cutting. .
Flexible dosing options: With ZK side discharge doors or a conveyor belt at the front or rear, the Triomix New Edition is suitable for different barns, such as U-formed feed allys.
