Trioliet introduces a new and innovative weighing system for tandem-axle mixer wagons. From now on, all Trioliet tandem-axle mixer wagons will be equipped as standard with the new Double Ended Differential Beam (DEDB) load cell concept. This advanced 5-point weighing system provides even more accurate and reliable weight registration during feed loading and mixing.
Accurate weighing is the foundation of efficient feed management. With the introduction of the DEDB weighing system, Trioliet takes an important step forward in weighing technology. The system has been specifically developed to ensure more stable and accurate measurements under practical operating conditions.
Greater stability under all conditions
A key advantage of the DEDB concept is the increased stability of the weighing system. Thanks to the design of the load cells, the effects of dynamic loads, such as uneven terrain or movements during loading, are better compensated. As a result, deviations in weight registration are minimized and measurement accuracy is maintained.
Improved accuracy
Thanks to the innovative design of the DEDB load cells, the weight of the mixer wagon is recorded even more accurately. This helps farmers formulate rations exactly according to specification, contributing to optimal feed efficiency and consistent feed quality.
Easier maintenance
In addition to improved performance, the new system also offers maintenance benefits. The DEDB load cells are easier to replace, allowing maintenance work to be carried out more quickly and reducing downtime to a minimum.
With the introduction of the DEDB weighing system, Trioliet once again underlines its ambition to support livestock farmers worldwide with innovative, reliable and user-friendly solutions for feeding livestock.
